It is a device with a glove box, which is connected to a common energized heat treatment facility. It can be operated in the glove box from the powder charge to the sintering mold to the equipment, so the material is not exposed to the atmosphere, making it very suitable for sintered materials that dislike oxygen.
It is a plasma device driven by upper and lower electrodes. With this driving method, it is possible to move up and down while the mold is sandwiched between the upper and lower punches, and various processing can be performed in the same chamber such as the sintering zone, extraction zone, magnetic field zone, and high frequency heating zone.
