Modifications after equipment purchase

After purchasing the equipment, we will respond to requests for larger sample sizes, higher normal operating temperatures, larger loads, and automation of the sintering process as the equipment is used. We offer the service of adding a power supply, increasing the load, adding features, etc. to the purchased equipment. This ensures that the customer is satisfied with the product even after the equipment is delivered.

For graphite molds and metal molds, in addition to the highly versatile cylindrical dies and cylindrical punches, we also provide:

  • Preparation of square specimen mold
  • No-pressure energized heating mold
  • Multiple sintering molds.

According to your requirements, we can also design and sell molds other than graphite (super hard, ceramic, etc.).

In addition, we are also available for consultation on how to simplify sample extraction or what kind of jig is needed.

The SPS method is a thermal processing method characterized by electrical heating and the ability to process at low temperatures for short periods of time.
