This is our patented technology. By placing a hot wall inside the chamber and supplying heat to the sample from the outside, the heat dissipation in the peripheral direction during sintering is reduced and the temperature inhomogeneity inside the sample is reduced.

Data collection system

It is a system for obtaining data such as mold temperature, hot wall temperature, load, current, voltage, displacement, displacement rate and vacuum degree. In particular, our original Naviwave system can display the above parameters as graphs on the PC and save them as .csv file.

Inverter power supply

It is a compact, low-noise, high-efficiency DC power supply developed for sintering equipment. We are controlling the pulse width. Since parallel operation is possible, it can be added to the existing equipment and increase the power supply capacity. The sinterable temperature and sample size can be increased by adding more power supply. If you need to replace equipment in other facilities, please contact us for details.

Extraction device

This device is used to extract a sample from a graphite mold or metal mold after sintering. Besides desktop type small extraction device, we have a large extraction device that can extract the large sintered body with φ200. Special extraction jigs are also available. It can also be used to prepare a temporary molded product before sintering.

Exhaust system

We designed rotary pumps, mechanical booster pumps, diffusion pumps, and the piping and mounts that connect them to the equipment. It is also possible to connect systems that can be controlled remotely from the control panel. We will design according to the installation area and other requirements.

Extraction device

The sintered die, punch and other die sets are set on the extraction jig and the specimen is removed by pressing. By using this jig, the sample can be taken out smoothly and easily without damaging the sample. Samples can also be extracted while holding them from above and below. We can also design extraction jigs according to your sample size.
