This is a graphite mold for sintering by generating Joule heating when electricity is passed through it. The maximum sintering temperature of this machine is 2000 ℃ , and the pressure normally used does not exceed 50 MPa(The aforementioned conditions change according to the atmosphere and the size of the sintered body). We mainly deal in dies, punches and spacers. We always handle dies, punches, and spacers in sizes and materials from φ10 to φ30, and we also design and select materials according to customers' sintering conditions. It is used when applying high pressure such as 100 MPa is applied during sintering. Considering the heat generation by energization, WC-FeAl is mainly used as the material. Maximum sintering temperature is 800°C, maximum pressure is 1 GPa (values vary depending on temperature and size of sintered body). We design and select materials according to customer requirements.
